چکیده

Process discovery techniques have successfully been applied in a range of domains to automatically discover process models from event data. Unfortunately existing discovery techniques only discover a behavioral perspective of processes, where the data perspective is often as a second-class citizen. Besides, these discovery techniques fail to deal with object-centric data with manyto-many relationships. Therefore, in this paper, we aim to discover a novel modeling language which combines data models with declarative models, and the resulting object-centric behavioral constraint model is able to describe processes involving interacting instances and complex data dependencies. Moreover we propose an algorithm to discover such models.

On integrating triple graph grammars and OCL for model-driven development

Software systems become more and more complex. Despite significant advances in code-centric technologies such as advanced programming languages and integrated development environments (IDEs), developing complex software systems is still a laborious task. Model-centric software development has emerged as a promising paradigm, indicating a shift from “code-centric” to “model-centric” engineering....

Object-Centric Behavioral Constraints

Today’s process modeling languages often force the analyst or modeler to straightjacket real-life processes into simplistic or incomplete models that fail to capture the essential features of the domain under study. Conventional business process models only describe the lifecycles of individual instances (cases) in isolation. Although process models may include data elements (cf. BPMN), explici...

Automatic Discovery of Data-Centric and Artifact-Centric Processes

Process discovery is a technique that allows for automatically discovering a process model from recorded executions of a process as it happens in reality. This technique has successfully been applied for classical processes where one process execution is constituted by a single case with a unique case identifier. Data-centric and artifact-centric systems such as ERP systems violate this assumpt...

Towards a Catalog of Structural and Behavioral Verification Tasks for UML/OCL Models

Verification tasks for UML and OCL models can be classified into structural and behavioral tasks. For both task categories a variety of partly automatic solving approaches exist. But up to now, different interpretations of central notions as, for example, ‘consistency’ or ‘reachability’ can be found in current approaches and tools. This paper is designed to clarify central verification notions ...

توسعه دو مدل ریاضی کارا برای مسئله کوله‏پشتی چند انتخابی فازی

Multi-choice knapsack problem is a branch of regular knapsack problem where the objects are classified in different classes and each class has one and only one representative in final solution. Although it is assumed that each object belongs to just one class, sometimes this assumption is not valid in real problems. In this case an object may belong to the several classes. In fuzzy multi-choic...
